Eligible providers can apply online for access to advanced vaginal microbiome testing, evidence-based treatment protocols, and personalized compounded prescriptions.

After your provider account is approved, you can order advanced vaginal microbiome qPCR test kits directly through the Prescriber Portal. Test results are delivered electronically and are designed to help guide personalized treatment decisions based on each patient's unique vaginal microbiome.
Once a treatment plan is selected, prescriptions are sent to our partner compounding pharmacy, where they are prepared in our proprietary BiomeNourish™ base powered by Bio-Match® Technology. Medications are shipped directly to your patient's home.

Commercial formulations are one-size-fits-all - only the concentrations that pharmaceutical companies decide to manufacture. Compounding lets me prescribe what each patient actually needs: lower-dose estrogen for cancer survivors, combination medicines for nerve pain, custom-strength tacrolimus when standard concentrations don't fit.
